We have a milling capacity to run material from small parts up to 4000 lbs. on both vertical and horizontal mills with a turning capacity from 0.25" up to 21.0". All parts, manufactured in a controlled climate, go through a first article of inspection and a periodic inspection during processing. Parts are inspected in our closed climate controlled lab, using a Zeiss Eclipse 550 Coordinate Measuring Machine. Machined parts are stamped with a High-Speed CNC Marking Machine, making them easy to identify and track from the field.
